Your authentication codes, right at home on Mac. Add accounts from QR codes, copy codes from the menu bar, and keep password-protected encrypted backups. NexKey is a native Mac authenticator that keeps your two-factor authentication codes close at hand. Generate codes offline, find the account you need, and copy a code when it is time to sign in. EVERYDAY CODES, MADE SIMPLE • Add accounts by scanning a QR code on your screen, opening a QR image, or entering a setup key. • Search by service or account name. • Copy codes from the main window or the menu bar. • See when time-based codes will refresh. • Support for standard TOTP and HOTP accounts. CONTROL ACCESS ON YOUR MAC • Protect the app with Touch ID or your Mac password. • Hide codes when NexKey is not in front. • Choose when copied codes are cleared from the clipboard. • Keep setup keys hidden by default. OPTIONAL ENCRYPTED SYNC Use NexKey locally without signing in, or sign in to synchronize codes with your other NexKey devices. Choose which accounts sync and which stay on this Mac. New devices join your vault through trusted-device approval. Local additions, edits, and deletions trigger sync; changes made offline wait until a connection is available. ENCRYPTED BACKUPS Select the accounts you want to export and protect the backup with a password you choose. Import an encrypted backup when you need to restore your accounts. Keep the backup password somewhere safe: it cannot be reset. NexKey works with services that support standard authenticator apps.
