I made sure everything works as expected in iOS 26 :)

Added the ability to remove all mobs from an encounter.

Fixed a bug where the keyboard would not dismiss when submitting a manual preroll.

You can now manually add rolls to players and monsters, if you or your players like to roll with physical dice.

You can now reroll initiative for a single character by swiping from left to right on the row.

Fixed the coloring of the disabled "take turn"-button.

The party will now persist between sessions.

I added a tab for adding party members. Currently this does not persist between sessions, but that will be changed in a future version.

Changed the displayed name in home screen to be "Initiative Tracker" instead of "niftyinitiativetracker".
