Converting / Swapping Crypto

I’m relatively new to Nova and the Polkadot Network but I believe both projects have a lot of potential. I began my journey into Crypto with Coinbase but recently I’ve began to explore DePIN projects. I’m an active user of Peaq Peaq NODL technology and I’m trying to swap my NODL for DOT or INTR on the Nova App but it seems this not currently possible. Could a developer tell me how to do this, or when this may be possible?

I’m relatively new to Nova and the Polkadot Network but I believe both projects have a lot of potential. The worst wallet with the worst customer support!

Nova Wallet is an abysmal service. The customer support is nonexistent. They steer you to their Telegram account but the second you ask a question you have dozens upon dozens (not an exaggeration) of fake scammer accounts DMing & calling your phone pretending to customer service. You can’t differentiate what is and is not actual customer service so you can’t get help. They refuse to just answer the question in the general group chat. It got so bad I ended up deleting the Telegram app to stop the calls. If you then try their email support you’ll get an email back with some general nonsense answers. You email back again explaining the first email didn’t address the problem and then go in detail your issues. You get another email not addressing the the issue. I’m at a loss what to do now. I have approximately $2,500 worth of crypto sitting there that a can’t move it because I don’t have the right tokens for the gas fees which are ridiculous scam. Can’t swap them outright or directly purchase the tokens because that would make too much sense. I definitely don’t recommend using Nova Wallet as it’s just not worth risking losing thousands of dollars on it.

The User Interface is clean, the team is constantly coming out with updates that add new features to the raw ability of this wallet. Cross chain transfers are a game changer, adding more of the ecosystem for staking, DOT / KSM crowdloans, this is easily one of the best wallets specifically for DOT / KSM believers! The User Interface is clean, the team is constantly coming out with updates that add new features to the raw ability of this wallet. Cross chain transfers are a game changer, adding more of the ecosystem for staking, DOT / KSM crowdloans, this is easily one of the best wallets specifically for DOT / KSM believers! I am hooked and I am here for the long haul. Thanks to the team / developers for making such a solid app. I look forward to what you guys continue to come out with in the future!

I see some people rated this wallet with 1 star. It’s nothing to do with how wallet/app works but complaining that they don’t know why they need token for a gas fees. If you don’t know how to use blockchain or wallet don’t complain here please. It’s not centralized exchange that you go and trade one coin to another. Developer team great work so far!
