A word puzzle for strategists. Plan the spread, set up topic forks, and chain the multi-card resolves that click into place. Noverflow is a quiet, strategic word puzzle. Calm to look at, sharp to play — every placement sets up the next move. Each turn, pick one of three stacks of three words and spread them clockwise across a circular board. Land two words that share a topic inside the same wedge and they resolve in one satisfying clear. Let three unrelated words pile up in a wedge, and it overflows — game over. Some words live in two worlds. A KIWI is both fruit and animal. A JAGUAR could be the cat or the car. PEACH could be the fruit or the color. Where you commit them changes everything — and the sharpest moves use those bridges to chain multiple wedges in a single resolve. Submit your score to the global leaderboard and see where you land before the round resets. NORMAL MODE — match by topic. Three orthogonal categories, multi-tagged bridge words, one shot per day. HARD MODE (Wordsmith Pass) — match by topic OR solve a three-word sentence. Subject + verb + object, both directions count. Deeper plans, bigger payoffs. WORDSMITH PASS unlocks Hard Mode and the full puzzle archive.
