Opsicom is the companion app for teams already using Opsicom to run a photography, video or creative business: bookings, projects, editing, delivery, invoices and messages, in one account your whole team shares.
Use it on location and at your desk. The app works with the Opsicom web app on the same account, so what you change on your phone is on the web too, and the other way round.
TODAY
The day's shoots in time order, who is on each one, and what needs you: booking requests to review, projects to schedule and editing that has come back.
CALENDAR AND BOOKINGS
Every booking across your team, day by day. Create a booking from your own services: pick the location, the client and the services, then choose from start times that fit your team's working hours, travel and existing bookings. Staff are notified when they are booked, moved or cancelled.
PROJECTS
Each project holds its sessions, locations, crew, services, notes, briefs and message thread. Get directions to the location or call the client from the project page.
EDITING ORDERS
Send files to your editors and other suppliers with instructions and a due date. When the work comes back, approve each file or flag it with a note, then request changes or approve the set.
LIBRARY AND DELIVERY
Files are organised by project and folder. Upload from your phone, choose which folders your client can see, and share delivery galleries with download options.
CLIENTS AND INVOICES
Keep your clients, their contacts and their pricing in one place. Clients can have their own portal to book work, follow their projects and download their files. Create invoices from completed work and email them with a PDF attached.
MESSAGES
Message clients, suppliers and your crew, with a thread for every project. Send photos, files and voice notes.
SOCIAL
Schedule and publish Facebook and Instagram posts for your business or for your clients.
OPSY
Opsy is the assistant inside Opsicom. Ask it what is on this week, where a project is up to or which invoices are unpaid, and it points out things worth a look, such as completed work that has not been invoiced.
WHO IT IS FOR
Studios and crews making photography, video and content for architecture, interiors, property, products, hospitality and events, along with the clients and suppliers they work with.
GETTING STARTED
Sign in with the email address your workspace invited, and the code we send you. Face ID sign-in is available once you are set up. Workspaces are set up and managed by the business that runs them.
