What are you thinking? My beautiful pergola can withstand hurricane force winds but I can’t even create an account on your broken app? I need to set schedules, link it with other smart devices (as promised for the matter version I upgraded to) and figure out how to auto close for rain. These are basic functions I paid extra for, you should be ashamed of yourselves for selling features that you know don’t work. FIX YOUR APP and allow your fans that enjoy your product stop hating you for something you have the ability to correct if you made it a priority. Poor leadership at some level in this company.

Unfortunately, you have to be within 10 feet of the module in order for the control system to function correctly. Most of the time it doesn’t.

Won’t control pergola. Spent $800 to “upgrade” to the “smart” controller. Doesn’t connect to HomeKit, the Pergolux app allows you to toggle and slide things but there’s no effect on the device. Really disheartening. I love my pergola but the remote is trash. Wanted a better solution and got more trash.
