In my experience, the app logs me out fairly frequently. It is more annoying that after every update it (sometimes) logs you out and you have to update it in order to use it. I wish Phoenix made it to where updates weren’t mandatory.

The app locks you into a country. If you are of one nationality and living somewhere else, you either can't really use the app to the fullest but see it in your language or you can use the app fully but it's in the host country's language. I'm living in Japan, but don't speak Japanese. I don't get info on tournaments, promos, etc. because it's all in another language. I can still see my stats. That's about it. Change the country to America and I can't choose or see anything from the country I'm in. Can't even select my own homeshop.
You can’t log into the app

Every now and then I can login in and it works, 99% of the time I put in my login info and it comes back with “log in error”. Extremely tired of fighting with this app, deleting this app right after I finish this review, serious problems with this thing, NOT worth the headache and crap to maybe, just maybe login in and use it. Total crap!!!!

this app requires you to have a physical artifact from the company to register and use your accoubt.. here is a thought, the internet exists, how about if i can just register an account in your app and be issued a “card number” like literally anything else on the internet would alllow?the dart boards sit there and scream at you how easy it is to use the app to login and play, but nooooope not a chance.. you need a card to ise the app. also, can anyone tell me where the heck you even get a card, because it is painfully hard to tell.
