Pickscan turns the iPhone or iPad you already have into a barcode scanner for picking and packing your orders - no dedicated hardware, nothing new to buy. You scan each item as you pick, and Pickscan checks it against the order in real time. Wrong SKU, wrong quantity, missing item - it's caught at the scan, before it's packed, not in your customer's review.
Pickscan is the picking app for the Pickscan system. You install the embedded app for the platform you already run on — Shopify, Linnworks, Veeqo, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Brightpearl or EKM and your orders, products and stock sync straight in. No spreadsheets, no re-keying. Your data stays where it lives.
QUICK TO SIGN IN
Sign in with a 4-digit PIN, or unlock with Face ID. Clear, high-contrast screens, with colour that always means something - done, partial, or wrong.
SCAN TO PICK
Open an order and scan each item. Every line is verified against the order as you go, with an instant beep and a clear result. The count only moves when the right item is scanned.
QUICK LOOKUPS
Scan any barcode to see what it is and which order it belongs to - handy for a quick check without starting a full pick.
PACK & SHIP
Confirm a full, correct order before the label prints. Fulfilment and stock write back automatically through your platform.
STOCK COUNTS
Count and reconcile stock by scanning as you go, so your numbers actually match the shelf.

Pickscan now runs on Apple silicon Macs, with USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners supported on Mac, iPad and iPhone. Also in this update: a redesigned Orders home, your device name set during pairing, a reminder of where to find your PIN, operator names shown in full, and more reliable syncing.
