Your club sets itself up at playerkit.app; the app is where the season runs. FOR CLUB STAFF • Track every piece of gear with a QR tag: who has it, where it lives, its condition and its history. • Hand out and take back equipment by scanning — including offline at the rink, with the changes sent when you are back in range. • Keep rosters, teams and seasons in one place, and roll a season over when the next one starts. • Run jersey sets: numbers, sizes, who holds which shirt, what is missing. • Schedule games and practices, take attendance, keep score, and see conflicts before they happen. • Sell from the inventory you already track in a club store — a jersey sold at the front desk leaves the gear list, and the money goes to the club's own Stripe account. • Open a pickup or return day for the whole club and see who is booked when. • Set the waivers and requirements a season needs and see who still owes one. • Message a team, or announce to the whole club. • Team photo albums, when the club turns them on. • Reports on what is out, what is due back and what to buy next. FOR FAMILIES • See the gear your player has been issued and what is due back. • Sign waivers, pay a club fee or deposit, book a pickup slot, claim a jersey number. • Get the schedule and answer whether you can make it. • Decide whether your player may have a supervised sign-in of their own — and switch it off at any time. Adults who play can manage their own account. PRIVACY, BUILT IN Player names are encrypted at rest. We store no birth dates, no home addresses and no player profile photos. We show no ads, we build no profiles, and we never sell your information. A child's account exists only with a parent or guardian's signed consent, and a child under 13 is never in a two-way conversation. The full policy is at playerkit.app/privacy. The app is free to download. Clubs subscribe on the web. Payments made in the app — club fees, deposits, store orders — are for the club's real-world goods and services and are processed by Stripe.
