Poppy, Delegated, video scripts and posts now live in the app: ask, plan, write and publish without opening the web. POPPY • A native chat with Poppy, your AI assistant: ask about your links, earnings or automations and get answers that open the right screen. • When Poppy wants to change something, it shows you a card first. Nothing is created or edited until you approve. • Dictate instead of typing in requests and replies. DELEGATED • Run with Poppy: Poppy works through a request step by step and shows what it created as it goes. • Mention @Poppy in a thread, add context with "/", and see when Poppy has read your attached files. • Plans show scheduled runs, due dates and where each status change came from. VIDEO SCRIPTS • Open your AI video scripts with scenes, hooks, a shot list and a checklist that syncs with the web. • A full-screen teleprompter that scrolls continuously, with landscape support. • Mark a script as filmed and publish it with Content Studio: pick the video, and the caption, hashtags and first comment come from the script. POSTS & COPY • Write captions, carousels, threads, stories and more for each platform, with live previews and character counters. • Copy everything, or one part at a time, ready to paste. • Publish to Instagram, Facebook and Telegram from the post, including carousels and your own photos and videos. Posts with a "comment a word" call to action can set up the DM automation for you. WHATSAPP • WhatsApp is now a channel in a link's automations, with trigger words. • Write broadcasts in one form and see Meta's delivery rules before and after sending. COMMENT-TO-DM • Create from the DM tab with + without picking a post first, and cover Instagram and Facebook in one save. • Deleting an automation now removes it, the same as on the web. LINKS AND TERMS • Links that break our Acceptable Use Policy show a badge, and you can appeal from the link. • Before you continue, you will be asked to review and accept our updated Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. Notifications arrive on your iPhone now, and your DM automations tell you when an account needs you. NOTIFICATIONS • Turn them on and Pointerly reaches you on your lock screen: a new invitation, a link crossing a click milestone, a support reply, a spending cap reached, an account that needs reconnecting. Nothing about things you just did yourself. • A bell on every tab shows what you have not read. The inbox keeps everything in one place, across all your workspaces, with Mark all as read. • Tap a notification and it opens where it belongs: the link, the deal, your DM automations or WhatsApp. If it is for another workspace, the app switches to it first. • Choose what reaches you in Account → Notifications: push and email per type, plus quiet hours so nothing buzzes at night. • The app icon badge follows your unread count. COMMENT-TO-DM • When Instagram or Facebook signs your account out, the DM screen, your automations and Integrations say so, and you can reconnect right there. A disconnected account can no longer get a new automation that would never send. • Keyword suggestions on a link: when many people comment a word your automation does not listen for, the link shows it with Add or Dismiss, so those followers get their link instead of nothing. • Send to earlier comments now works for Facebook as well as Instagram, within Meta's 7-day window. • Editing an automation that answers every comment no longer fills in your team's default keywords behind your back. Write the DM you actually send — and keep your always-on WhatsApp broadcast running. COMMENT-TO-DM • The text template is now your message, not ours. Steps, emojis, line breaks — write it the way you send it, and drop each link in by name: a row called Mujer is written [Mujer] in the body and becomes that link when the DM goes out. • One message, several links. Add a row per audience — Mujer, Hombre, Niño — and place each one where it belongs in the text instead of a single link tacked on at the end. • A row can be a Pointerly link or any address you type. Your tracked links keep their clicks and earnings; a plain URL is sent exactly as typed, and the row says so before you save. • You can even run an automation with no Pointerly link at all, when a destination is one you would rather not route through us. It still sends, and its DMs, replies and errors still show in Activity. • The preview under the field highlights the names that will really be replaced, so a bracket you meant as text stays text. LINKS • The link picker searches your whole library instead of showing the 50 most recent, and a link that already answers somewhere is marked but still selectable — one link can back several automations. • A link's detail now lists the automations answering with it: each rule, what it sent, and the numbers per post. The totals used to merge every rule into one line that named none of them. WHATSAPP (BETA, ADD-ON WORKSPACES) • A broadcast can stay open: everyone who joins your list later receives it too, once each. Set how long to wait after someone subscribes, a daily cap, an end date, and the hours when it may send — in your own time zone. • The campaign list says what is actually happening: Always on, Start, Pause, Stop, how many people joined since launch, and why a campaign is paused — you paused it, the number disconnected, or Meta blocked it. Your bio page, edited on your phone — and the app finally respects who may do what. BIO PAGES • Open Bio from Home ("What's new") or Account. List your pages, create a draft with a validated address, and open any page into the native editor. • Edit profile and socials, header, colours, spacing and type size, plus shop and deal settings. Add, reorder, hide or delete sections — links, highlights, text, headings, dividers and spacers. • Live preview uses the same HTML/CSS/JS as the web, so what you see is what publishes. Publish or unpublish with confirmation, share the public URL, check activity totals. • From Links, "Add to bio" places an existing affiliate link into a page section (or both Links and Highlights), with position and group pickers. LINKS • Pasting a product you already link to still shows every existing link for that product. The toolbar is now "Create anyway" when you really want a second short link — one tap, no extra confirmation. DM AUTOMATION • A new comment-to-DM automation opens with your workspace's DM defaults already filled in — trigger keywords, the public reply, and the hourly send cap — the same seeding the web form does. Set them once on pointerly.io instead of retyping them on every link. • You can add or remove keywords and replies right there; the change belongs to that automation only and never rewrites the workspace defaults. • The public reply field now behaves like a normal text field: sentence capitalization and autocorrect. Trigger, stop and exclude keywords stay verbatim, so iOS cannot "correct" a brand or coupon word into one that never matches. WHATSAPP • Connecting a business number opens Meta's Embedded Signup in Safari (ASWebAuthenticationSession was leaving the flow stuck on "Waiting for Meta"). • Pause or remove a single number without taking the whole WhatsApp Business account offline. Reconnect resumes the token when Meta still accepts it. TEAM PERMISSIONS • The app now follows the workspace's granular permissions. Actions you are not allowed to take are hidden or refused with the server's own message and who to ask — not a generic "Something went wrong" with a retry button that cannot help. • WhatsApp gates create / send / cancel individually. A failed session check no longer opens every module by mistake. As always, nothing is sold in the app. Bio, WhatsApp and permissions all sync with the plan and roles you already manage on pointerly.io.

DM automations that know when to start, and links that behave on a desktop. DM AUTOMATIONS • Send people anywhere: keep the tracked Pointerly link on the card button, or type any https address — your site, a landing page, a brand's page. Works on the product card and on the coupon card's shop button. • Card image: upload the photo the card should use instead of the link's product photo. • Two schedules, kept apart. "Turn on at" leaves the automation off until the moment you pick, then switches it on by itself. "Start listening from" keeps it on but ignores anything older — so a rule can be armed for Friday without also replying to last week's comments. • An automation waiting for its start time now reads "Programado" with the date, instead of looking switched off. LINKS • Shein links are recognised, with the store's own name and icon. • Shops we don't ship a logo for now show their own brand name instead of "Other". • Desktop behaviour, per link: send a desktop visitor to the destination's desktop app, offer them a QR to finish on their phone, or both. Phones are unaffected. • Fixes and polish.

WhatsApp broadcasts, from your phone — same workspace as the web. AUTOMATION TAB • DM and WhatsApp live under one Automation tab. If you only use comment-to-DM, it opens straight there. If WhatsApp is enabled on your plan, you choose which channel to open. WHATSAPP BROADCASTS • Connect a registered WhatsApp Business number, sync approved templates, and manage subscribers and audience lists. • Create a New Broadcast: pick the number, an approved template, product links for each card (with photos), audience, and send now or schedule. • Carousel templates show as swipeable cards in the preview — each card can use a different affiliate link, the way it works on the web. • Usage shows how many sends you’ve used this billing period. History lists campaigns with recipients, delivered, and read. CAMPAIGN LINKS • Accepted into an Amazon Creator Connections campaign? Amazon gives you a new product URL, and only that URL earns the campaign bonus. Open the link → Edit → Campaign link and paste it: your short link keeps its address, its clicks and every post it's already in. • Adding a product you already link to now shows you that link first — with its clicks — so you can point it at the campaign URL instead of ending up with two links to the same product. • Every link now has a History: who changed what, when, and from where. STILL THERE FROM 1.4 • Prices on links, Amazon list import, folders and bundles, Home usage meters — all sync with pointerly.io. As always, nothing is sold in the app. WhatsApp capacity follows the add-on you already manage on the web.

Know what a product costs, and what your usage is costing you. PRICES ON YOUR LINKS • Create or edit a link and set its price — it shows up wherever that link appears, including your bio page and bundles. • Import from a product page and Pointerly fills the price in for you. • Some pages sell several options at different prices. When the advertised price is only the cheapest add-on, Pointerly says so instead of saving a number that would mislead your audience. Set the real one from the link editor. USAGE THAT ADDS UP, ON THE HOME SCREEN • Home now shows any pay-as-you-go usage already accrued on your plan this billing period, with your spending cap and the date it lands on your invoice. • Meters now follow your plan's billing period instead of the calendar month, so the number beside each meter resets on the day your plan actually renews. The reset date is written next to it. FIXES & POLISH • Instagram and Facebook icons no longer repeat once per rule on a link — a link with several DM rules stretched its row and its detail view out of shape. • The empty circle next to the avatar on Home is gone. • The Amazon list import icon is sized to match the actions beside it. Find things faster in a growing library. FOLDERS & BUNDLES, NOW IN THE APP • New button in Links opens Organize: every folder and every bundle in your workspace, with counts. • Tap a folder to narrow the library to it. Tap a bundle to see only the products in that bundle. • A chip above the list shows what you're filtering by, with one tap to clear it. • On any bundle: copy its link, share it, or open its page — the one URL you send instead of a pile of separate links. MORE ROOM WHERE YOU NEED IT • The account avatar now lives on Home only, so the other tabs keep that space for their own controls. Tap the avatar on Home for your account and settings. FIXES & POLISH • Faster launch: the update check no longer holds the launch screen while the network answers. • Profile photos for connected Instagram and Facebook accounts show again instead of falling back to initials. • The active-filter badge sits better against its icon. Import a whole Amazon list in one go. AMAZON LIST IMPORT • Paste a shoppable list URL (amazon.com/shop/…/list/…) and Pointerly reads every product on it. Everything starts selected — uncheck what you don't want, rename anything, then import. • You get a tracked short link for each product, plus one shareable bundle you can send instead of the Amazon URL. Every product still opens through its own link, so clicks, deep links, and affiliate tags keep working. • Share straight from the Amazon app: share a list (or any product page) to Pointerly and the importer opens with the URL already filled in. • Products you already have are flagged and left unselected, so you don't create duplicates. • Optionally file the new links into a folder in the same step. COMMENT-TO-DM • The publication picker now shows what each post actually is — reel, story, carousel, or image — and the filter bar only offers the types you have, so you can't land on an empty grid. • Fixed: profile pictures for connected Instagram and Facebook accounts showed initials instead of the real photo. HOME • WhatsApp and Telegram usage now appear in the workspace panel: sends this month, included sends, and any granted balance.
