Ask your agent how you slept, how training is going, or what your heart rate has been doing this year — answered from your own health record. Pomme makes your health data available to your own AI agents so you can ask detailed questions about your own health and performance. Ask "how did I sleep this week?" in Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or anything else that speaks MCP, and the answer comes from your own numbers rather than a guess. ### HOW IT WORKS Setup runs once and takes a couple of minutes: sign in with Apple, agree to what gets shared, choose how far back to sync and then pick an agent to connect. Choosing one mints a key for your account and puts a ready-to-paste command on the clipboard. Paste it into your agent and ask it something. After that, Pomme keeps itself current: new data arrive once a day and whenever you open the app. ### YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL · Pomme reads Health and never writes to it. · It takes only the categories you allow in Apple's Health sheet, and nothing is read before you have agreed, in plain words, to what gets shared. · Your data is stored in the UK, encrypted in transit and at rest. · No ads, no analytics on your data, no tracking, no data sale. · Every key is revocable: cut an agent off in one tap without touching your sync. · Deleting your account erases everything on the server immediately. Your phone keeps its own record, so nothing of yours is lost. ### WHAT YOU'LL NEED An iPhone with health data on it, and an AI agent that speaks MCP. ### WHAT IT COSTS Syncing and storage are free. Keeping your agents answering is an annual subscription, bought here in the app. The App Store shows the price in your own currency before you buy anything, renews it once a year, and cancelling is in Settings under your Apple Account. - The first upload of your steps, activity and sleep is much faster, and it carries on from where it got to if it is interrupted. - Reinstalling the app picks up where your record left off instead of copying everything again. - Syncing in the background finishes reliably, and the "hasn't copied anything" alert no longer arrives on a phone that is syncing fine. - A day that syncs more than once keeps its whole total. Before this, the later sync could replace the day with only its newer readings. - The app tells you when a newer version is on the App Store. - Snappier carousel.
