I love this game, unfortunately it quickly has become unplayable. It takes forever for the energy to regenerate. Overnight I only gained 2 and to play a level you never at least 7. What’s the point of having energy in a no pay game anyway?*This was my bad, I didn’t get what the mana was for, it’s still a bit frustrating as the workers you hire are key to being able to finish a level. I’ve adjusted my rating to reflect this*

Thank you for the feedback regarding Mana. The purpose of Mana isn't to be an energy system to be waited on so it does not regenerate. Our original intent is to make the use of Workers more valuable and to have an indirect monetary trade off to the benefits they give (like wages). Mana, Coins, and Gems in the Arcade version are given in abundance. But we will take a second look and revisit this balance of resources as some other players have also expressed their dislike of the Mana system.

It’s fun for a cool themed game, but the features don’t work and the tutorial is so long, I’m several levels in and I can’t do what I’d prefer. I’ve been playing for 29 minutes and I’m still in tutorial mode. That’s actually insane. I don’t want to sit in a tutorial for hours. I want one or 2 levels that show me and let me make my own decision, it’s not an economy game if you have to buy only what the developer wants. If you’re doing that make it a level upgrade and not cost in game money. I can’t even upgrade my worker bc despite having 500 gold and the upgrade being 100 gold it claims I don’t have enough bc it only wants you to upgrade the way the game wants you to. That makes no sense and is a greedy tactic

I genuinely have been really into this game and even joined their discord to stay up to date on updates. I’m a huge fan of these kinds of games, but get bored due to the sort of “basic” theming. This game has such cute art and responsive devs!!

This critical update fixes the following bugs: • Fixed the game state for players who are stuck at the shop decor tutorial because of locked decorations that should have been unlocked at that point • Fixed an issue causing the Level List to malfunction for players who have completed the last level of Tropicvale Treats If you are affected by any of the issues above, kindly update Potion Punch 2+ to the latest version before playing.
