- Added an outline view to the left sidebar where you can edit the node tree in a more text-centric manner - Nodes now can have tasks (checkboxes) attached to them (ideal for a TODO list) - Nodes can now be folded hiding their children (CMD + .) - Added support for folding by level (ctrl+1 - ctrl+8, ctrl+0 to fold all, ctrl+9 to unfold all levels) - Power Node now supports OPML. You can ask an AI to generate an outline about a specific topic and format the result as OPML. You can then paste that OPML code directly into Power Node to create a structured node tree. - Revamped copy&paste: * Power Node won't copy RTF text anymore to the clip board but use plain text instead. This improves compatibility with 3rd party apps like Obsidian, Pages, MS Word, etc. which work better with plain text. * Copy&paste will also copy an OPLM formatted outline into the clip board. If your 3rd party app supports OPML it will use that instead of plain text. * When pasting text while a node is selected the pasted text will be created as children to that selected node. In earlier versions the contents would bet pasted into the node's title. If you want to paste as contents you can use the new "Paste as Contents" menu item in the "Edit" menu * When you copy&paste tasked nodes the tasks will be copied in Obsidian/Markdown style to the clip board. You can also change this to taskpaper format in the settings. - The static note panel at the bottom has been replaced with a floating note window - A new direct command mode has been added. When enabled you don't need to press CTRL to engage shortcuts in the graph view. To edit node titles in this mode you have to press the space key first. You can enable/disable this mode in the Power Node settings panel (CMD + ,) - You can now set the preferred behavior of the hover button that appears when you hover over a node. By default it will display a (+) that you can click/drag to create a new child node. You can change this so a fold/unfold button will be displayed instead. To display the (+) in that mode just hold down the Option/Alt key. - Full export functionality has been added to the free mode of the app. You can now export PDFs and images in the free version. - Collision detection and resolution is disabled by default for now. You can re-enable it in the Settings panel. We're working on an improved collision resolution algorithm for the next update. - A new "research" command has been added. Pressing CMD-R with a node selected will open Google in your default browser and perform a search for the node's title

Direct Node Connections/Relationships: Nodes can now be linked directly, even without a hierarchical relationship. To connect two nodes, hold the Shift key and drag from Node 1 to Node 2. Connection properties can then be adjusted in the inspector. Several bug fixes have also been implemented. Thank you for all your reports!

A small maintenance update to fix a few issues with macOS Sequoia.

- "Set Node Style as Default for All Nodes of This Type" option which will set the current style as default for new nodes of this type (root, main, sub) - Sidebar is now scrollable if window gets too small - New Toolbar Items: Sort Node Children, Balance Node Children

- Power Node can now directly open/import the following file formats: .txt, .rtf, .docx, .md, .opml - Power Node can now export .opml files - Pasting raw OPML code from pasteboard will now paste as OPML instead of plain text (pro tip: you can ask your favorite AI to format its output as OPML and paste it directly into Power Node) - When pasting nodes from plain text, node trees won't overlap anymore

New: - Family Sharing for the Full Version has been enabled. - Angular branches now display rounded corners. - The Pos1 and End keys now select a tree's root node/most recent edited node. Bug Fixes: - Centering on a node will now work correctly when zoomed in or out. - "Reset Node Color/Style" will now reset colors/styles correctly for all selected nodes. - Pasting nodes without keeping their original style will now correctly resize the nodes to fit the current canvas style. - Right-Dragging (dragging with the right mouse button held down) now correctly grabs the canvas and moves it around.
