Printing. The print button opens the standard macOS print dialog, with your printer, page range, copies and preview. Highlights you can keep. When you download a document you have marked up, PrivDF can write your highlights, underlines and strikethroughs into the PDF so they appear in Preview, Acrobat and anywhere else. Your notes stay encrypted on your device and are never written into the file. Save anywhere. Downloading the original or a searchable copy, exporting your annotations, saving a filled form or a compressed PDF each open a save panel so you choose the destination. Sign in with an email link. Enter your address and click the link we send — no password to remember. Forgotten passwords can now be reset from the sign-in screen, and both flows bring you straight back into the app. Open PDFs from Finder. Right-click any PDF and choose Open With → PrivDF. Smoother text selection, so selecting a passage and copying it stays put. Faster and steadier. Page thumbnails are cached between sessions, and a slow AI request no longer holds up the rest of the app.
