Minor tool tip fixes

We've added support for selecting visible grid columns (available in grid header's context menu), as well as task sorting and filtering options (with dedicated Inspector).

Upon your request, we've added support for displaying and editing seconds, besides hours and minutes, for start and finish times of tasks in the left grid (configurable in Diagram inspector.)

We've listened to your feedback and we've added support to change the appearance of Projectis application to light or dark mode (from View/Appearance menu) independently from the system's settings, and we've reworked the way updating assignments changes tasks to better reflect the project manager's needs: when you add (or remove) resources to (or from) a task's assignments list, and as well when you change resource allocations there, the task's effort hours will now be preserved while its duration and finish values would be instead recalculated according to the changes you have made.

We've added an option allowing hiding times of day in a project, useful when simple date values (rather than full dates and times) are preferred. And we've also fixed a crash that was previously occurring when importing Project XML files that lacked certain task information: those tasks are now simply skipped during the process.

Besides having applied a few corrections and improvements into our code, we've now ensured it's even easier to start using Projectis: a new project is automatically created when you open the app, ready to set up tasks and dependencies; while, of course, you can continue to work with previously saved files by using the Open command from the app's File menu or by simply double clicking a project document in Finder.

You can now use Duplicate Tasks (Command+D) command from Project menu to duplicate selected items in the left grid whenever needed. Also, item labels do not show on summary bars by default anymore, to obtain better Gantt chart pictures.

We've fixed an issue with Dependency inspector that was previously presenting wrongly sized fields in certain conditions.

We've added a Clear Baseline option in the Project menu to complement Set Baseline and allow you to remove project and task baseline information if/whenever it becomes unnecessary.

You can now set up a baseline for your project and visually compare it to evolving tasks and statistics later!

A new Load chart view is now available, showing resource allocations over time and allowing you to easily and early spot project bottlenecks!

As you requested, we've added support to link your tasks to any external resources using a new URL field available in the Diagram inspector. And to enable you to visualize and control task groups even more intuitively, summary item bars now also have extended regional background (that follows your custom colors, if defined), but you can opt out of this feature if you prefer the original look, too.

You can now configure lag values to be displayed in either days or hours in the Dependencies inspector.

We're introducing a new inspector in the sidebar allowing adding and removing dependencies (predecessors and successors of selected tasks) with more ease.

You can now drag items vertically to move them around in the hierarchy, set up availability and hourly cost values to individual resources, you can highlight critical tasks and level resources to avoid over-allocation, and export content as PDF, image, text, CSV, and TSV formatted files for sharing or archiving purposes. Thank you very much for all feedback; we've listened carefully and will continue to do so; keep us posted. (Many of the new features have been directly requested by our customers.)

Project cost is now computed automatically based on an easy to setup (general) hourly rate.
