Just what I needed to get started again!

I downloaded this app thinking I would save it for when I was “ready” to get back to strength training. After doing the onboarding, I see the app gave me a bunch of super appropriate workouts for where I am right now. I’m going to start today!

I really appreciate that this app doesn’t have a lot of unrealistic (for most people) pictures of John Cena type bodies. I’m sure the app will work for them, too, they just aren’t pictured everywhere.

Great!

Great app to either just keep track of your current workout schedule or if you want to get started. Allows for customized lists or take what is suggested to give you ideas of the workouts you prefer.

Great but can be better

This app is simple and comprehensive, however there are some basic features that would make it 100x better:
- Apple Watch support
- I want to be able to add history of workout even though I may not have started it within the app. For example, right now to add history of a workout you have to start the session through the app. However, if I don’t have my phone on me or whatever, I should be able to add the workout after the gym.
