PurchVault turns the receipts piling up in your pockets and inbox into a searchable vault that tells you when a return window is closing.
SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Creating an account and browsing PurchVault is free. Capturing and saving receipts — camera scanning, manual entry and email-in — along with return and warranty reminders and report exports, requires a paid subscription. Three tiers are available, each billed monthly or yearly, and the price in your local currency is shown in the app before you confirm anything:
• Max — the most capacity, unlimited report exports and priority support, with a 7-day free trial
• Pro — full AI receipt scanning and email-in receipts, with a 7-day free trial
• Light — 100 receipts a month with 50 AI scans included, plus reminders and report exports
SCAN AND IT'S DONE (every plan)
Point your camera at a receipt. The AI reads the merchant, total, tax and line items, works out the return deadline and warranty period, and suggests a category. Scanning sends the receipt image to our AI provider, OpenAI, to be read; we ask your permission first and you can withdraw it any time in Settings > Privacy & data. You confirm before anything is saved — nothing is filed behind your back.
NEVER MISS A RETURN (subscription required)
Every receipt tracks its own return window and warranty expiry, counting down on your home screen. When a scanned receipt has items with different policies, each item keeps its own dates (Pro and Max). Switch reminders on from any receipt's Return or Warranty tab and PurchVault notifies you before the deadline, not after.
EMAIL RECEIPTS IN (Pro and Max)
Order confirmations already land in your inbox. Forward them to your private PurchVault address and they arrive ready for review — the AI reads them exactly like a scanned receipt.
TAX-READY RECORDS (subscription required)
Pick a month or a tax year and export accountant-ready CSV or PDF reports. Business-use percentages are included on Pro and Max.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your receipts live in a private vault — no public links, no ads, no tracking, no selling data. No ads, no tracking, no selling data. Export everything or delete your account, any time, from inside the app.
PurchVault helps you organise records for tax time. It is not tax advice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, and you can manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
