Choose distracting apps, set a daily push-up goal and complete reps to unlock them until midnight. App selections and daily unlock progress stay on your device.
PRIVATE CAMERA TRACKING
Live camera frames used for rep counting are processed on your device and are not uploaded or streamed to opponents. Camera-based counting is a best-effort estimate, not a medical measurement.

PushDuel Pro Monthly is an optional auto-renewing 1-month subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.

Ratings & Reviews

Pro victory clips now play instantly after a win, in a bigger gold-framed spotlight.
New players can skip the first challenge and finish it later from the dashboard to claim +50 XP. It unlocks ranked matches.
PushDuel now lets you know when a new version is available.
