Implementing token-based authentication by enhancing the security of the application and protect user credentials.

This application allows a user to initiate an equipment pickup request from Quality Biomedical. This update allows a user to view a summary of their previous pickup requests. They do so by clicking My Previous Requests. A list of all pickups by date is displayed. A user can then view the status of their pickup requests by selecting a date. The application will return the number of pickup requests that has been converted into a service request (RMA) and the number of requests that has not been received.
