Voice messages start recording faster, and the message appears right after you let go. Media auto-download now works exactly as set for every photo, video, voice message and document: Always on any network, Wi-Fi only on Wi-Fi. Received photos and videos are saved to Photos by the same setting, and an opened photo or video has a Save button. To save, Qlavis asks only for permission to add to Photos. In a new chat the first messages sit at the bottom, just above the text field. The speaker no longer switches back to the earpiece when the other person answers or when you return to the call screen, and the ringing tone is louder. A call on an app locked with Face ID now shows the call screen and the return-to-call bar. Fixed: mute turned on from the iPhone call screen while a call was connecting was lost once it connected; a contact's Qlavis Screen could fail to reach your phone while Qlavis was closed; in rooms, a member's messages could stop opening after their keys were renewed. Delivery is more reliable: a message that arrives late or after a key change now opens, and an interrupted secure session recovers on its own.

Switch to video with one tap during a voice call. Rewind voice messages by dragging along the waveform. Hold a photo or video to open its menu, tap to open the file. Fixed: opening a chat from a notification while another chat was open showed the wrong name and photo.

ROOMS The owner can now delete a room for everyone: the room and its history disappear on every member's device, including devices that were closed at the time. If the owner deletes their account, their rooms are deleted for everyone the same way. Every action in Room Info now shows its result at the top of the page: what changed, or the exact reason it was refused. A member who deleted their account and registered again under the same name can be added back and receives messages on every device. ACCOUNT DELETION When a contact deletes their account, your device now verifies their own signed confirmation and retires their old keys by itself. No prompt, no button to trust. INVITE A FRIEND Your invitation link is now one tap away: at the end of setup, in the empty chat list, and when a name you search for is not on Qlavis yet. FIXES A room deleted for everyone no longer leaves an empty one-to-one chat behind on a device that was closed at the time. Privacy settings never appear as messages in rooms. Registering again on the same phone no longer drops your contacts' verified keys at the next launch, and sending in a room recovers them on its own. Security notices stay below the chat header, and Room Info fits the screen on every model.

POST-QUANTUM VERIFICATION ON FIRST OPEN A contact's post-quantum identity (ML-DSA-87) is now anchored the moment you open the chat, no matter who wrote first or whether the app was closed when the first message arrived. The Safety Number screen reflects it right away, and in-chat wallet payments to that contact verify as expected. ROOMS A member added while everyone else was offline is trusted and readable on every device as soon as it comes back, and their messages reach everyone. A new member sees the room from the moment they were added; the full membership history stays under Security. Membership events no longer count as unread. The Room Seal moved to SHA-512: devices on this version compute the same code, older versions show a different one until they update.

ROOMS: GROUP CHATS, SEALED LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE Create a room, add members by @handle, set roles and who can post. Text, photos, videos and voice messages in rooms are end-to-end encrypted with the same post-quantum protection as your one-to-one chats: ML-KEM-1024, AES-256-GCM and ML-DSA-87 signatures. Membership changes are signed and verified on every device. Room names and photos are encrypted too, and they catch up on their own if you were offline when they changed. Room messages that arrive while the app is closed show up in notifications with the room name and are waiting for you when you open the app. FASTER, CLEARER MEDIA Sending shows what is happening: Compressing, then Uploading, with a percentage. Large videos are prepared in the background without the camera photo stalling. Playing a video for the first time shows Downloading with a percentage and no longer freezes the screen. Videos play with sound as expected. On cellular, photos are sent in a lighter size; Original quality stays exactly as you set it. STABILITY Sending large files from the camera no longer runs the app out of memory. Send again on a failed attachment always does something: it retries or tells you what to do. The Calls tab no longer gets stuck loading after restoring your identity. The app reconnects cleanly after a long time in the background.
