Fixes and polish • The Routes screen no longer draws its title and search box over your route cards after a ride or a scout. • A route's name and date now sit at the top of its page, so it opens on the route itself. • The bar at the bottom of the screen stays visible if you've turned transparency down in your iOS settings. • The search box is easier to read at a glance. • While you're being guided to a place, the close button is no longer hidden behind the marker count.

• Ride to anywhere, without leaving your ride Search for an address or a place and Recce takes you there. Choose how you get there: sealed roads, a mix, or dirt where there is any. You see what each route is made of before you set off, and you can cancel and carry on scouting at any moment. • Tell Recce where you use your phone Riding with it in a pocket? Say so, and Recce stops trying to read the road surface through it, because a phone bouncing in a jersey feels bumps that are not really there. Your screen is free to lock, which saves battery, and spoken directions carry on as normal. • A map you can actually see in the sun A new light map for bright days. Set it to light, dark, or let Recce follow the light for you. • Fix what you marked Reached for the wrong button at speed? When you review your ride you can now change what a marker is, and which surface you meant. • No invite yet? Scouting is invite only for now. Tap Scout in the app and ask for yours.
