Rule-based calendar sync that stays on your device. Sync only what matters — by time or keyword — and mask private details as Busy. No account, no server, no tracking. ReciproCal keeps your calendars in sync — privately, on your own Mac, and entirely on your terms. Set simple rules that copy events from one calendar to another: only during work hours, only when the title contains a keyword, or every all-day event except the private ones. ReciproCal does the rest automatically, one-way and loop-free. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything runs on your device. No account, no server, nothing to sign in to. • ReciproCal only reads the calendars you already have set up. RULES THAT FIT YOUR LIFE • Time-window rules — sync only what falls inside (or outside) a daily window. • Keyword rules — match events by title, location or notes. • Exclusions — skip anything you don't want copied. • Priorities — order your rules; the first match wins. OPTIONAL PRIVACY MASKING • Publish a neutral "Busy" instead of the real subject on shared calendars. • Strip notes and location so only your availability shows. SEE BOTH SIDES • A built-in Day/Week/Month/Year calendar shows every synced event as a two-tone block, so it's obvious the same entry lives in both calendars. BUILT FOR THE MAC • A menu-bar agent keeps your calendars in sync in the background on your schedule. • Optionally launch at login and sync every 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
