Remote Sessions puts every Claude Code conversation on your computer in your pocket.
Open the app to see all your sessions, grouped by project and sorted by when you last used them. Tap one to read its latest messages, and tap Connect to resume it on your computer with Remote Control: it opens in the Claude app, ready to keep going from wherever you are.
HOW IT WORKS
• Install the free remote-sessions server on your computer with one command (macOS, Linux or Windows).
• Scan the QR code it shows. That's it.
• To use it away from home, add Tailscale on both devices.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your conversations travel encrypted straight from your computer to your phone. There are no accounts, no cloud and no analytics.
• Pairing pins your computer's certificate, so only your phone gets in and nobody can impersonate your computer.
• The server is open source.

REQUIREMENTS
Claude Code on your computer, logged in with a Claude subscription (Remote Control doesn't work with an API key), and the Claude app to continue the conversation.

• iPhone Duo: open it and you see the list and the conversation side by side. In book pose, the list ends right at the fold. iPad gets the same split view.
• Conversations still open on your computer whose Remote Control has dropped now show up as Disconnected. Tap Relaunch to open a copy with the whole conversation.
