Small fixes for the fps counter

• Coin counts are no longer rounded (e.g. 3.4K -> 3398) • General performance improvements

• Stabilized frame rates when capped in settings • Added a frame rate (FPS) counter that can be enabled in settings

• Removed ads that showed up between turns, so now fullscreen ads are only shown after a game over. • Fixed there being no page transitions when stylized page transitions were turned off.
