Record culture, rennet amount, coagulation temperature and time, cutting notes, press weight and time, and a memo — the details you need to reproduce a batch that worked. A built-in coagulation timer keeps you on track while you work.
▷ Aging Log & Chart
Log temperature, humidity, a photo, and a memo as often as you like. View the trend on a chart — 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or the whole aging period.
▷ Care Task Reminders
Set a flip, wash, wax, or custom task with an interval in days. RindLog sends a local notification when it's due, and you can mark it done with one tap — no more guessing whether you flipped the wheel yesterday or the day before.
▷ Tasting Result
Rate saltiness, acidity, flavor, and texture, plus an overall score. Add notes and appearance/cross-section photos. Saving it marks the batch complete.
▷ Recipes
Save a recipe once, link every batch you make from it, and compare how it turned out each time.
