Cancelling a trial is not as easy as it’s seems

While the app is easy to use, canceling your trial is proving impossible. I’ve reached out twice via email and once via the survey and haven’t heard back. If you’re gonna charge weekly for an app, you should make cancellation as accessible as possible. For every day I don’t hear back, I’ll be lowering my review by one star. They’ve got no reason not to respond to me as in each of my inquiries I included my email and number Day two and no word from support team about canceling my subscription. Bringing my rating down to two stars Update: the support form sends you to an error 404 page. I’ve reported this app to Apple and my bank Day three and I’ve heard nothing from the support team and the support page still doesn’t work. Tomorrow I’m reporting the app to Apple——Finally heard back and received assistance canceling the subscription.

The ring sizer worked. I only needed it one time and planned to cancel. But it says server not found when I try to ask for help. I was satisfied with the app. But there is no customer service to help.

Cannot cancel subscription

I downloaded this app for the same reason anyone else does. However, when I go to cancel my subscription the button required to press cancel is greyed out and won’t let me cancel. This is even when following the directions to cancel my subscription from the app itself. I then tried reaching out to the company because of this issue and the email address I sent this problem to doesn't exist anymore according to my gmail. Do not subscribe if you plan on ever canceling this subscription.

I couldn’t get this app to work. I tested the ring sizer with a ring I know is Q 1/2 but it kept saying it was R 1/2. What I really wanted to size was my finger as this ring is now too big, but I couldn’t get it to actually work. I got it to light up green etc but it wouldn’t actually do anything. I tried the finger measuring tool and it says my finger measures as size T. All in all, completely useless. I will say I was very easily able to cancel the subscription so no issues there but no idea now this app is going when it’s so inaccurate.
