WHO IT IS FOR
Attorneys, judges, court officers, patent attorneys, trainees and anyone who needs to know quickly what a German civil case costs. RVG-PRO does not draft invoices and does not check fee items – if you know the factors, you get the amount in seconds.
HOW IT WORKS
• Four wheels: amount in dispute (up to EUR 10 million), RVG factor, GKG factor, expenses/legal aid/net
• Instant result: fees, 1× or 2× expenses (No. 7002 VV, 20 %, max. EUR 20), 19 % VAT, court fees, total
• Legal aid fees (PKH, sec. 49 RVG) with one turn – direct comparison with standard fees
• Minimum fee under sec. 13 RVG applied
FEE TABLES
• up to 2020, 2021 to May 2025 and from 1 June 2025 (KostBRÄG 2025) – older tables remain available for older matters
• Tables 2020 and 2021 are included; tables 2025 are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase (no subscription)
FACTORS
• 44 RVG factors as standard, including unusual ones such as 1.95 or 10.6
• add and delete your own factors up to 9.99
• 18 court fee factors up to 12.0 under sec. 34 GKG – litigation risk across several instances in one go
