I have never reviewed an app in my life but it really is that bad. All I need to do is purchase the Savers Day Pass tickets for a specific date. Each time I try to do so I get an error message that payment failed or couldn’t be processed. I tried purchasing tickets with 3 different credit cards, on 2 different phones and 2 different computers, using Chrome, Safari, and this ridiculous app, and with / without being logged into an account. Nothing worked, same error message. Then I reach out to chat customer service and let’s just say Anna was horrible and Roland was better but still did nothing for me. I’m laughing out loud. So ridiculous lol
