App Review Notes This update is primarily a content and settings expansion to Scrib's existing offline Synonyms feature, plus a toolbar customization option. No new permissions, no new network access, and no new account/sign-in requirements. What's new: 1. A fourth synonym source — Roget's Thesaurus (1911). Previously Scrib offered synonyms from WordNet, OpenTheo, and Webster's 1913 Unabridged Dictionary. Roget's Thesaurus has been added as a fourth source. All four sources are bundled as plain text files inside the app and looked up entirely offline — no network calls are made when looking up a word. 2. Settings → Synonym Sources. A new screen letting the user turn each of the four synonym sources on or off individually, plus a separate toggle for antonyms (off by default). This is purely a display preference with no effect on data collection or network activity. 3. Settings → Customize Toolbar (iPhone/iPad only). A new screen letting the user choose which formatting tools (Bold, Italic, Text Color, Highlight, etc.) appear on the toolbar above the keyboard, and in what order. A small fixed set (spelling toggle, undo/redo, find) always remains on the toolbar; everything else is optional. This is a layout preference only. 4. Bug fixes: • Fixed a document-sync issue where a file stored on iCloud Drive could repeatedly reload itself during editing, showing an "Updated with changes from another device" message even though nothing had actually changed remotely. • Fixed several data-accuracy issues in the bundled synonym/antonym word lists (incorrect word associations in two of the four sources). • Minor icon and keyboard-interaction refinements on iPhone/iPad. Testing notes: The Synonyms feature is reached by selecting a word in any open document and choosing "Synonyms" from the edit menu (long-press on iOS, right-click on Mac). It works fully offline — airplane mode is fine for testing it. The toolbar customization screen is under Settings → Document → Customize Toolbar (iPhone/iPad only; Mac's formatting controls are unchanged, in the side panel).

Fixed: • Find & Replace now opens and positions correctly on iPad when using the floating (undocked) keyboard — previously it could fail to appear at all, or land mid-document instead of docked above the keyboard. • Tapping near the top of the screen no longer jumps the document back to the very beginning (an unintended side effect of iOS's built-in "tap status bar to scroll to top" gesture). • The welcome screen no longer shows a stale "days remaining in trial" message after purchasing Unlock Scrib. • Improved reliability of purchase and restore-purchase handling. • Updated the in-app feedback email address. Added: • Bookmarks can now also be deleted via long-press, in addition to swipe-to-delete (this was mainly a Mac-side fix — swipe doesn't exist with a mouse — but the long-press option is new on iOS too, alongside the swipe gesture that already worked).
