Reading pages are cleaner. Verses, prayers and notes now sit on simple dividers instead of boxes, so the words have room. The American Standard Version had missing apostrophes and some wrong words, and the Igbo Bible had stray marks in its text. Both now read correctly. Small fixes throughout.

Sign in faster: Continue with Apple and Continue with Google are back on the sign-in screen. Fellowship grows. Share a verse over a photograph, or over your own photo. Ask friends to pray for you, scroll shared verses full screen, and double-tap to say Amen. Every shared post is checked before friends see it, and you can report anything that doesn't belong. Today's verse now sits over a photograph, with a quick way to share it with friends. Bible topics and reading plans have new pictures of the Holy Land. The audio Bible says names the right way as chapters are read again, and a few verses with broken text now read correctly.

Meet Fellowship, a new tab for reading with friends: see who shared something new, watch their highlights and notes as stories, and react with Amen, a heart or praying hands, or leave a comment. Add a profile photo or wear a Bible character. Listening now folds into a small player above the tab bar instead of covering it. Word studies now read in plain words.

Send a verse to several friends at once: tap their faces, or Select all. Highlights appear the instant you tap a colour and are richer, especially in dark mode. Finding a friend is easier: search by name or @username. Search boxes no longer zoom or autocorrect.

Listen now reads the Lost & Extra Biblical Texts in whichever translation you have chosen, in Eliana's voice or Nathan's, with each verse highlighted as it is read.

Switches, sliders and segmented controls now look and feel like the system's own, and stay clear in dark mode. Verse Spacing in Preferences now changes the space between verses, and chapters sit a little closer together by default. Saving, copying, sending and removing are confirmed with a gentle tap, and the verse actions are quieter to look at.

Listen in a second voice: tap the reader's name on the audio player to switch between Eliana and Nathan. Until a chapter has been recorded in Nathan's voice, Eliana reads it and the player says so. Chapters now open by announcing themselves ("Psalm twenty-three"), and the highlight follows the voice verse by verse in thousands more chapters.

Explore, all in one style: Topics, Bible Words and Names of God open on photographs of the Holy Land, and so does every topic, word and name inside them, with each verse on a card of its own. The Timeline and Story Connections open on theirs too. Feels at home on iPhone and iPad: buttons, text fields and tabs now look and respond like the system's own. Profile and Friends are laid out in cards, with a photo banner and verse postcards; Wrapped, verse conversations, Chapter Notes and Preferences follow suit. Every button you press is felt, and saving, sending and sharing tell you when they're done.

A Bible story every day. The Today card now opens one story a day, in the order the Bible tells it, from Creation to the new Jerusalem. - Play the stories. Wellspring, our free Bible-story game, is one tap away in the menu. - Smoother everywhere. Each tab remembers where you were, buttons no longer stay highlighted after a tap, and Explore is open to everyone. - If a chapter hasn't been narrated yet, we tell you it's on its way and send a notification when it's ready.

Every tap now has a subtle feel. Prayers and Words look distinct in the Altar. You can close the Today card until tomorrow. Opening a shared verse link now keeps the translation it was shared in. Plus layout fixes to topics, the book list and the menu.

Send a verse to friends — they get a notification. A cleaner Friends tab and bookmarks list. The audio player now tucks away while you listen. Long book names show in full, and your Bible version appears instantly.

Verse links in the daily devotional email now open straight to the verse. Dark mode is darker, with brighter text, for easier reading at night.

• Word journal: keep the words God gives you in Altar, with notes and themes. • Clearer narration that follows along verse by verse and plays straight on into the next chapter. • Listen now starts reliably on iPhone. • The verse of the day prints the King James text. • The welcome tour stays closed once you dismiss it.

This update fixes three things that failed quietly. • Tapping a shared verse link — or the same reminder — more than once now opens it every time. Previously only the first tap in a session did anything, so a link you had already followed appeared to do nothing. • The notification switches no longer show as on for a device that never finished registering, so a reminder can't silently fail to arrive while the app claims it is set. • Issue reports now carry the app's real version, which makes it much easier for us to act on what you send us.

Support Scriptural with an optional tip: pick a quick tip or choose your own amount from the More menu. Tips unlock nothing. Chapters now open in Expanded View, with each verse in its own block. Searching for a verse no longer says "Book Not Found" after opening it. "Failed to load chapter" no longer appears for a chapter you have already moved on from, and a chapter that fails to load now retries once before saying anything. The chapter arrows, the notes button and the audio player now fade together while you read, and come back at a touch. Chapter notes are also reachable from the verse menu, and turning a chapter gives a light tap. Your profile now loads highlights, notes and saved verses page by page, so long lists stay fast. Fixes the Compare Versions picker not opening, and makes it clear that the verse actions scroll sideways.

Read offline. Save a whole translation to your device and keep reading with no connection — a full King James downloads in a few seconds. Highlights stay put. Marking a verse in one translation and then switching to another used to make the highlight disappear. It stays with you now. Verse cards in eight new looks, each with its own typeface, and a card in every daily verse email you can save and share. Also: a welcome tour that finishes properly on phones, a clearer way back into reading if you skip signing in, and a sign-in email that says what it actually contains.
