Sheel is derived from the word Rescue, as we provide roadside assistance services to customers in the UAE market. With our application, users can request for rescue if they have a Flat Tire, Fuel Shortage, Engine start failure or they need to tow their vehicle and move it to another location.
We request users to register, regarding them, to speed up the rescuing process, as we are verifying their phone numbers. In addition, we request users to fill their vehicle details, so that whenever a rescue is needed, their profile is complete, and the process will be smoother and faster.
After the user requests a rescue service, the user has various features to track the rescue vehicle live on google maps. Also, users will be able to see the Estimated Time of Arrival and more specific details for their rescue.
After the rescue is done, the user can rate the service along with the service providers (The Drivers). Moreover, users will have a history section, where they can see the completed requests, the rescue images for proof of the delivery service and much more.
