Useless with US cell number

App forces you to register. Cannot do anything without registering. Have bookings already made elsewhere. Cannot access them using booking info without registering. Cannot register with US number. Get an error with my Chinese number. I don’t even want to register, as I want to credit to United, a fellow Star Alliance member.Chinese airline apps are almost entirely worthless if you’re either an English speaker or foreigner. Hard to believe that even with all the IT talent here, they can’t find anyone to develop a decent app. How embarrassing.
