• Power-on preset: pick a preset that the core switches to, with its lights on, every time it powers on. Handy for installations that lose power overnight. Needs the latest shinercore firmware.

• The new Wiring tab lets you customize the inputs and outputs of your shinercore. You can now hook a switch, button, knob or LED strip to the various GPIO pins of an M5Atom. The app also shows wiring diagrams and instructs you how to wire things up correctly. • Power cap: give the core a current budget, and bright frames dim to fit it instead of browning out a weak battery. • Beat-synced speed snaps to musical values, rather than a hard-to-set decimal value. Sync your animations to half-notes, triplets, what have you. • Mesh: nearby cores link up over their own radio and play a shared show, cycling presets in sync. • Animation, core, mesh and wiring settings now live in separate tabs. • The app follows changes made on the core itself, and reconnects on its own when you walk out of range and back.

This version adds Layers and Presets! You can now layer multiple layers on top of each other; and you can swap between presets of animations.
