App crashed two days into my week long subscription, and would not load again. Paid for a week of content, only got two days. No response to the support email I sent.

Bad choice of apps
I came across a program on Instagram that looked really interesting, and it directed me to download a specific app to watch it. The ad clearly suggested the app was free, so I figured it was worth a try. However, after downloading and setting everything up, I quickly realized you can’t actually watch anything without paying $20 for “unlimited access.” or watch an ad every minute or so to unlock another few minutes of the show.The cheesiest same shows I have ever seen. In addition when you’re watching the show it replay something every minute and a half the exact same thing that you have seen and adds another minute or so is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. It is misleading and frustrating—just another bait-and-switch scheme to get people in the door. If you’re advertising something as free, it should be upfront about any costs required to actually use it. Definitely disappointing and not worth the hassle. Choose wisely before moving forward.
Disappointed, no search, no library

I really had high hopes for this app.I believe their contact is very good. However, there is no search capability. And aside from the slider slideshow, there is no access to whatever library or back catalog they have. because there was no search you were stuck with a four or five verticals there are perform promoting. Or taking whatever there for you recommendations, they have decided for you. It’s really disappointing that I spent the money that I did only to be faced with such limitations. The lack of searches on me. I should’ve checked that out before I purchased. But the fact that you can’t get to the back catalog or library is a total waste of money. Why would you pay for unlimited viewing when the viewing is entirely limited?
No response to issue after payment

I sent an email because I purchased the weekly subscription on my iPhone but wanted to watch on my iPad and no one responded. My phone is too small and when people call it interrupts the story. The app needs a login so that you can watch from another device or if you switch devices you can access the content without having to lose viewing time waiting for a response from support. I’m honestly thinking about canceling my subscription. The 2 shows I watched were very good., but convenience is everything to me. I don’t like contacting support and waiting days with no response.
