EVERYTHING IN THE CHAT, INSIDE THE CHAT Pin, archive, labels, mute, clear, report and block were only reachable from the inbox. They are all inside the conversation now. The attachment sheet has been reordered and redrawn, and clearing a chat no longer depends on your phone's clock agreeing with the sender's. eSIM Alerts before your data runs out, automatic renewal, and Miles accepted as payment. Country and region names now read properly in Arabic, and a sold-out plan no longer looks like something you did wrong. REWARDS The programme page has been rebuilt: a readable tier banner, a progress bar that actually shows progress, and every benefit given its own icon rather than a wall of grey text. SUPPORT Opening a ticket takes fewer taps. Categories are colour-coded and visible at a glance instead of hidden in a dropdown, and urgent issues are marked as urgent where you can see it. MONEY, SAID PLAINLY VAT is shown as VAT, not folded into a platform fee. Withdrawals report the same state in the app as our team sees. Refunds that arrive after a payout is released now take the money back correctly.
