-Post-Workout Stats: At the end of every workout, you’ll be able to see your stats: reps performed, weight lifted and so much more, to share with your friends and track your journey!

Real-Time Classes:
Our real-time classes range from 7-15 minutes to ensure you can get a killer workout in wherever, whenever. These workouts need little to no equipment making them perfect for when you can’t make it to the gym. Follow along with the instructor and we’ll have you burning in no time. We told you we want to help you reach your goals no matter what, and we mean it!

Meal Plans:
After inputting your goals, SHREDDY will assign you to a meal plan created by our top nutritionist, aligned directly with your goals. Whether you intend on following the plan exactly or just getting some healthy, delicious recipe inspo, we’ve got you covered. SHREDDY will even provide you with your shopping list based on your meals for the week. Not a fan of a meal? Not to worry, we have a ‘change meal’ option, with loads of meals you can substitute that are still in line with that goal. From burrito bowls to ice cream, progress has never been so delicious.

We’ve always been known for our interactive and supportive community, and SHREDDY is taking that to the next level. With in-app forums on everything from workouts to meals to general discussion, your community is here for you.

Some technical difficulties

I love the app and I think the workouts are fantastic. I’ve now done 4 workouts and felt great doing them all. I love the plant based recipes although I feel there isn’t a huge variety. My major issue is when minimizing the app to change music or answer a text (not closing it) all my progress is lost and I will have to go back into the workout and enter everything in again and the time will be lost it is quite frustrating I hope this can be fixed soon. I have reached out to the technical team and through Instagram so hopefully they fix it!

Great Content, App needs work!

I love the workouts and recipes provided, and the weekly setup and ability to change workout days and meals. But there are a lot of things I think the app is missing. For starters, I would love to see a rest timer that can be used in between sets and not just in between exercises. A timer that you can add or subtract 5 or 10 seconds from if needed, and that has some sort of bell or signal when the timer is done. Also when selecting the reps done for an exercise, if you change the number of reps, it saves that number for your next set, but I would expect it to reset to the original number each time since that is the number you’re supposed to be doing. For the meals page, it would be nice to have access to the total macros and calories of your selected meals so that I don’t have to look at each recipe separately and add them up. It could be a button you see at the bottoms that simply says “View nutrition” that way, like Grace wanted, the numbers aren’t all in your face. And lastly, my app never crashes, but if I leave the app during a workout it takes a few seconds to load back up, even if I just open my notifications bar. Would love to see a more seamless transition there.

Good workouts, frustrating app

I’m sad to say I’m a bit frustrated with this app. The workouts are wonderful, yet extremely repetitive to the point where I find myself really struggling as I get a bit bored as the weeks progress. This, along with the recipes being a bit repetitive. There are loads of options and it’s quite fun to have new recipes - however, we all know how it goes after eating the same meals on rotation for weeks. All this aside, the app itself has so many issues. During the first week or so, frequent updates were happening where many issues were being fixed so I was quite optimistic. Now, the updates are few and far in between while the issues remain. Had this been cheaper, I wouldn’t be so frustrated or feel inclined to write a review. Without the technical issues within the app and with a bit more variation in the warm ups and finishers, I would say this app is absolutely worth the money. However, unfortunately, I don’t think it’s worth it right now. I’m a huge supporter of Grace Beverly and everything she does. I’m really hoping for some changes with this app.
