Scan an asset's label, see its record and verify it on site. Audit rounds download to the phone and work with no signal. Photos and position go with each audit. Silosset keeps an organisation's fixed assets in one register: what it owns, where each item is and who holds it. This app is for the people who verify those assets on site. You need a Silosset account from your organisation. Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator, so the app has no sign-up. The app is free. SCAN A LABEL • Point the camera at an asset's QR label to open its record, or type the asset number • See its photo, number, category, status, who holds it, its location and site, and when it was last verified • Read the latest entries in its History VERIFY IN AUDIT ROUNDS • Download an audit round to the phone before you leave and verify its assets with no signal • Each audit is saved on the phone with the time you made it, and goes to Silosset when the phone is online again • Add up to four photos to an audit • See which assets in the round are still to find • An audit records where you were: the phone's position is read when you verify an asset, only while the app is open KEEP RECORDS UP TO DATE • Edit an asset's name, number, category, serial number, location and site • Add photos to an asset • Editing needs a connection IN YOUR ORGANISATION • Switch between the organisations you belong to • An organisation that runs Silosset on its own servers can choose that server when signing in • Delete your account from the Account screen Silosset is made by M-Base Technologies in Windhoek, Namibia.
