Companion app for SimpleTelematics, a privacy-focused GPS tracking for small field-service fleets. SimpleTelematics gives small field-service fleets (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping) an automatic, honest picture of where their vehicles are and where they've been, without asking drivers to self-report anything. A small beacon rides in each vehicle, set up once over Bluetooth. After that, the driver's phone uses location tracking to notice when they get in and logs trips in the background: no manual check-in, no wiring, nothing to charge. This app is the driver's tracking companion. Once your vehicle's beacon is set up, the app detects it automatically and logs when you start and stop driving. One live status screen shows whether your phone is connected to the vehicle and whether a trip is recording. Signed-in users can also add and assign beacons from the app. Owners and admins manage their team and vehicles, and review live vehicle status and trip history, on the SimpleTelematics web dashboard in a browser.
