What's new in 2.2 • Several companies on one phone: if you work for more than one company on SIPmind, sign in once and switch between them without a password. Tap your name in Profile, or hold your initials in any tab. • Add a company that gave you a different email with «Add an account». • Calls and notifications come for the company that is chosen; its name shows on the Phone tab.

What's new in 2.1.4 • Search in Chats: tap the magnifier in the header and find any conversation by name, phone number or messenger username — the search covers all conversations, not only the ones loaded on screen. Numbers typed with 8 or +7 are found either way. • Android: answering a call from the notification now opens the call screen straight away.

What's new in 2.1.3 • Notifications: in Profile, choose which pushes reach you — every customer who needs a person, only your own conversations and those while you're on shift, or none. Calls always come through. • A conversation a colleague is handling now notifies only them. • With headphones or AirPods connected, the Audio button lets you pick the headset, the speaker or the phone. • The Speaker button switches reliably on iPhone. • Managers see the tasks they set under "Set by me", and every task shows who set it.

What's new in 2.1 • One person answers a customer at a time: a chat shows which colleague is handling it, and you can take it over with one tap. • "Finish" hands the customer back to the assistant when you are done. • "I'm on shift" on My work: managers see who is on shift in Team today. • Managers and admins see Team today right on My work. • Swipe back from the left edge on every screen. • The app opens straight to your work and stays signed in on a slow connection. • Smaller improvements to calls, chats and notifications.

What's new in 2.0 • The phone in the app: calls to your company's internal number even when the app is closed — transfers from the AI assistant, colleagues, queues and outside numbers. • Chats: «Awaiting reply» with the same count as the web dashboard, channel marks, «Handled», replies on Instagram, voice messages with a transcript and the recording. • CRM: a new customer after a call or from a chat, notes, lead stages and the next step. • For managers: «Team today», a customer's responsible person, handing tasks over, alerts when a customer waits too long. • A new light and dark design.
