Save processing settings as a workflow. Run each batch once to crop, adjust color, create every version in its folder, and archive originals after all outputs succeed. Photographers, studios, and content creators often process images in batches. One batch may need versions for different platforms, websites, or social channels, each with its own aspect ratio, dimensions, and look. That means repeating the same cropping, resizing, color, naming, and file-routing work for every new batch. Images in one batch often share a camera, scene, and lighting setup, so the same settings can apply to every image and be reused for later batches shot under similar conditions. SizeFold is a workflow-based batch image processor. The Input folder starts each batch, while saved output configs define every delivery version. Add images and click Run. SizeFold works directly from each original to crop, adjust color, name, and create all required sizes and aspect ratios, writing every version to its assigned output folder. Only after all enabled outputs for an original succeed does SizeFold archive it. When the batch succeeds, pending images leave the top level of the Input folder. Add the next batch and click Run again—no need to rebuild the workflow or process images one by one. SAVE EACH DELIVERY VERSION AS A CONFIG Create up to three output configs. Each saves its crop ratio, color adjustments, JPEG quality, naming rule, and output folder. Every enabled version is generated directly from the original, never from a processed copy. Choose Crop only to keep the crop at its original pixel dimensions, or Crop & resize to output a specific width, height, long edge, or short edge. Set one crop center for the batch, and each enabled config calculates its crop using its own aspect ratio. If a batch has the wrong orientation, rotate the processed results in 90-degree steps without changing the Original preview. For model-based naming, enter the model once per batch. Model + number checks each output folder and continues from the next available number without overwriting earlier files. The model is optional. REVIEW THE BATCH BEFORE RUNNING While SizeFold is open, new images in the Input folder appear automatically. Browse with the mouse or arrow keys. Compare Processed with Original, or press and hold the Processed preview to see the untouched source. Image dimensions and available EXIF details stay visible. EVERYDAY CONTROLS • Double-click a config name to rename it in place. • Press Command-D or use the thumbnail menu to move an unwanted image to To Delete for later review instead of permanently deleting it. • Use the minus and plus buttons beside adjustments for precise changes. • Press Command-R whenever you want to scan the Input folder again. • Add temporary arrows, text, shapes, drawing, or highlights, then copy or export the marked preview separately. Annotations never enter the processed output. OUTPUT FIRST. ARCHIVE AFTER SUCCESS. If an output or archive step fails, incomplete results from that run are cleaned up and the original stays in the Input folder for retry. Successful originals move to the default Originals subfolder or another archive you choose; failed images remain in the pending list. LOCAL PROCESSING Processing happens entirely on your Mac. SizeFold has no account, cloud photo library, analytics, advertising, or AI credits. It accesses only folders you choose. Purchase and restore use the Mac App Store. SizeFold 1.2 makes repeat batch workflows more flexible and safer: - Undo the most recent successful batch to restore original images and remove the outputs created by that run. If files have changed or conflict, nothing is changed. - Enter custom crop ratios, build filenames from multiple fields, and optionally organize each config's outputs into model subfolders. - Copy processing settings from another config while keeping the current config's name, naming rule, output folder, and enabled state. - JPEG outputs include an sRGB color profile. Keep EXIF, author, and copyright metadata when needed; GPS location is always removed. - Try the complete workflow with up to 200 successfully processed original images. Undoing an eligible trial batch restores its allowance. - Improved loading and switching for large images, including images still being written to the Input folder.
