SJ To do Manager is a free application designed for independent professionals, artisans, freelancers, and small business owners seeking a simple and effective tool to manage client requests on a daily basis. The application includes comprehensive client management with the ability to create detailed profiles. Each profile can contain name, company, email address, phone number, postal address, and personalized notes. This organization allows quick access to important data without relying on complex software.
Sj To do Manager also lets you create tasks linked to a client. Each task includes a title, description, notes field, and can be prioritized using a system from P4 (low priority) to P1 (high priority). Three statuses are available to track progress: in progress, pending, or closed. This structure provides clear visibility into pending work and enables better planning.
The main screen automatically sorts tasks by status and priority. In-progress tasks are shown first, followed by pending and then closed tasks. Within each status, priorities are considered: P1 tasks are listed above P2, P3, and P4. This intelligent ordering helps maintain focus and ensures nothing is overlooked.
