The Skill Tree for Borderlands 2 lets you create skill builds for your Borderlands 2 characters in a easy and mobile way. You may also save, load and share your builds! Features: All Borderlands 2 Classes/Characters. All Skill information. Add and Remove skill points on the fly. Save, Load and Delete builds. Share builds with your friends. Offline-usage. Sandbox mode where you can freely distribute up to 9 points in skills without the regular constraints. If you use Sandbox mode then beware that you circumvent most App logic and you might get into unpredictable tree states. Except for one thing

This app would be completely worth $1 if it were not for the fact that the text within were selectable. this creates a conflict between the way the user interacts with the skill icons and an iphone’s tap/hold system. instead of simply flipping a skill icon with a hold to access detailed information, the screen shakes and you are almost always given the option to ‘select all/copy/paste,etc’. it’s a struggle to get anywhere. this is a rather serious quality of life issue. if it were not for that, the convenience of having a standalone builder would be worth the price.

Great concept, but has opportunity

This Skill builder is perfect when it comes to look and description of skill trees. The only flaw is that it is not user friendly, when trying to click and hold the skill to read the screen flickers up and down, and does not always work, it is laid out like text is underneath and tries to select the text to copy. The concept of being able to press and hold is genius, in theory this app sounds like the real deal, just wish it would work consistently.

The button to delete a build is directly beneath the build toggle/menu selection. This makes it extremely easy to accidentally delete your build. Be prepared to spend a lot of time recreating your builds. If the creator moved the delete button or added a delete confirmation, I'd give the app 5 stars.

Nice Little App

It's a nice little app that let's you plan out your skill points for Borderlands 2 whilst on the go. A nice distraction if you are caught in a boring situation. The layout is nice, being able to scroll up and down to see the three branches of the character's skill tree. It does what you need it to do, help you plan your characters.
