One button, endless loops. Hold to curve, close a loop of light around sparks and snare mines for huge quadratic scores. No banners, and no ads during a run. Hold to curve. Let go to fly straight. That is the whole control scheme, and every loop can be a jackpot. You are a comet that never stops moving, trailing a rope of light. Touch your own trail and the loop snaps shut: every spark inside is captured, the loop flashes, cinches and dissolves, and your trail starts fresh. LOOP BIG, SCORE BIGGER Scoring is quadratic. A loop is worth 10 × n², where n is everything you caught. One spark scores 10. Three score 90. Seven score 490. Greedy loops pay, if you live to close them. SNARE THE MINES Touch a mine with your comet and the run is over, but your trail passes over mines safely. Close a loop around one and it implodes for a huge bonus: every snared mine counts as three sparks. KEEP THE COMBO ALIVE Every scoring loop raises your combo and lengthens your rope, so you can draw bigger loops. The combo drains in five seconds unless you snare again. Chase it, or play it safe. THREE PHASES • DRIFT: mines drift slowly and bounce off the edges. • PULSE: some mines swell on a beat. Watch the charging ring. • HUNT: some mines track you. They are slower than you, so lure one into a loop. The comet speeds up, mines multiply and sparks get scarce. One life per run. FAIR BY DESIGN New mines fade in harmless for a moment, and nothing spawns right in front of you. Every crash is yours. MADE FOR ONE THUMB • Hold anywhere. The whole screen is the button. • A four-step interactive tutorial teaches you to curve, fly straight, loop a spark and snare a mine. Replay it any time from How to Play on the title screen or in Settings. • Haptics you can feel: bigger loops hit harder, snared mines thump, combos tick. • Synthesized sound that rises in pitch with your combo, mixes with your own music and respects the silent switch. • Reduce Motion removes screen shake and hit-stop, softens the flashes and fades overlays instead of sliding them. • Runs at up to 120 Hz on ProMotion displays. • Pause any time, then share your score when the run is over. • Works offline. No account needed. Optional Game Center leaderboards: all time, weekly and monthly. FREE, WITH FAIR ADS Snarelight is free, with no in-app purchases. Ads stay out of your way: no banners, and never an ad during a run or the tutorial. Now and then a full-screen ad plays between runs, after you tap RETRY or MENU. After a long run, RUN OVER may offer CONTINUE: watch an ad if you like, and your comet returns with a brief shield and keeps your score. Once per run, and always your choice. Where privacy laws give you a say over ads, Settings > Privacy Choices lets you change your mind at any time.
