Five published, robust algorithms for SNP endpoint genotyping. Take the consensus of all five, or use any combination that fits your samples and experimental setup. SNPlytics turns endpoint fluorescence exports from real-time PCR instruments into reviewed genotype calls, quality control, and population-genetics statistics entirely on your Mac. Open a Roche LightCycler (.txt, .ixo, .rdml), Bio-Rad CFX (.rdml) or Thermo/ABI EDS file, annotate the plate (sample sheets, cohorts, NTCs, multiple assays and plates), and run five independent genotype callers side by side: ALCHEMY, BCGA, fitPoly, Polar and a robust Student-t mixture. You choose which callers vote. Wells they agree on pass; wells they split on are flagged for your review instead of being guessed. Manual calls survive re-runs and are saved with the project. Statistics with provenance: call rate and NTC checks, genotype counts by cohort, Hardy–Weinberg (χ² and exact), allelic and genotypic case–control association, odds ratios with Woolf intervals, and multiple-testing correction — every report names the caller and consensus set it came from. Export genotype tables, figures, statistics, a cited methods paragraph, and a reproducibility bundle with R and Python scripts. No account, no upload: your data never leaves the Mac. A built-in sample plate lets you try everything before you open your own file. SNPlytics is a research and educational tool. It is not a medical device and must not be used for clinical diagnosis.
