Sortail makes each of those a single click — and never gets in your way the rest of the time. Bulk actions show a count preview before they run ("Move 47 messages from Stripe to Receipts?"), so you stay in control. No dragging, no menus. Instant Folder List Sortail reads your mailbox list straight from Mail's local Envelope Index — no slow scripting round-trip just to fetch folders. The full list across all your accounts appears as soon as you open the field, ranked by how often you use each one. Smart Suggestions Learns from your filing history and pre-selects the right folder as you pick a message. The more you use it, the less you have to think. Suggestions are computed locally — your filing patterns never leave your Mac. Stays Out of the Way Floats above Mail when you need it, disappears when you switch apps. Gmail organizes mail with labels rather than folders, so Sortail's Move and Archive map straight onto Gmail's labels — archived mail leaves your inbox the way it does in Gmail's own web interface, and every action stays in sync across all your devices. Connect once via secure OAuth. Sortail uses the minimum Gmail scope needed (gmail.modify) and never reads message content — only label changes.
