Awesome app right up until I had to re-install

Update: The staff here reached out quickly and is rectifying the issue with me. Solid customer service!!!!!So I bought the original leaky nozzle app back when it first hit the market for $6 or $7 dollars. Which was pricey for an app at the time. This app did exactly what I needed it to do and so well I convinced plenty of others in my department to download it. But just recently one of my kids must of accidentally deleted it from my phone and upon a reinstall it asked me for a login and said I only have 30 days of free trial. Ummm since when is this a trial? What about my $7 I paid back when that was just that — a lifetime membership fee to have the app. Disappointed

This app has been amazingly simple to use, as well as being customizable and having the ability to share makes it an awesome tool to keep our family informed of each other’s always hectic, ever-changing schedules.Having two jobs, leading both our department hazardous materials response team, and the Honor Guard can lead the wife and daughter to wonder when I may be strolling home to visit. By adding this user friendly app to my phone, I have been able to maximize quality family time and allow others, by sharing of schedules, to know when I am not available for work. By doing this I have found that we may spend more quality time as a family. Being able to create custom events allows us, as a family, to add all the daily events easily, and within in seconds, create and share those together without conflict or confusion.Truly love this app!

Between all of us, my coworkers & I have tried almost every shift scheduling app out there. Final verdict: Spark is miles ahead of any other. I hear it was the original and it’s still the best. It offers 10x more options than the others I tried and is so much easier to use. I honestly could not live without it now. Tracks everything I need to stay organized at work and home - worth every penny. Great customer service and product, recommend it to everyone!

It offers 10x more options than the others I tried and is so much easier to use. I honestly could not live without it now. Tracks everything I need to stay organized at work and home - worth every penny. Great customer service and product, recommend it to everyone!

I really love the app, but I can’t share with my wife. I brought it up and he made a meager attempt to fix it, which was never resolved. It’s too bad for me since I’ve used this app for 7 years, and there’s a lot of information stored, but the problem only came from getting a new phone. When I followed up with suggestions, he completely ignores me. We had nothing but cordial communications, but if the problem is too complicated, he’ll suggest that you find another app. When you’re the minority in complaints, you’re expendable apparently. Again, great app, poor customer service.

Good Evening I apologize for the lack of response to your issue. I purchased Spark from its prior owner, and today is the first day I have access to everything. I have spent the last eight weeks updating the iOS and Android versions, as Spark hasn't had an update since 2019. I have been an active LEO for the last 17 years and have used Spark for close to a decade. As far as I know, the updates have fixed many bugs that the user base was experiencing. If you are still having this issue, shoot me a support ticket and I will work with you and my developers to get things right. I hope to win you back and change that review Matt
