WHAT'S NEW IN THIS VERSION This release brings major improvements to customization, performance, and overall usability based on users feedback. CUSTOM KEYBOARD LAYOUTS • Enhanced custom keyboard layout – You can now use more key as a shortcut, including function keys,, number keys, and symbol keys. This allows much more flexible keyboard layout configurations. SHORTCUTS • All keys now available – Shortcuts are no longer limited to letter keys. You can now use function keys, number keys, and symbol keys. • Modifier + Key activation – Create custom activation methods using any modifier key combination plus a trigger key. Multiple behaviors available when pressing the trigger key repeatedly: - Toggle between primary and secondary dock - Cycle through apps from top-left to bottom-right - Cycle through apps in Most Recently Used order LINKS & CUSTOM URLs • Launch anything from SpatialDock – Add custom links alongside your apps to open files, folders, websites, or trigger custom URL schemes (deeplinks). IMPROVED APP MANAGEMENT • Toggle hide/show other apps – Quickly focus on your app by hiding all other applications with a dedicated keyboard shortcut. • Bring all windows to front – When switching to an app, you can now bring all its windows forward at once (configurable globally or per-app). • Smart app focus behavior – Focusing an already-focused app now hides it, providing a quick toggle to get it out of your way. • Enter key activates highlighted app – Speed up your workflow by pressing Enter to launch the currently highlighted app. VISUAL & UX IMPROVEMENTS • Custom icons for apps – Personalize your app icons to make them more recognizable. • More contrasted selection colors – The selector is now easier to see with customizable colors that make it clear which app you're about to activate. • Secondary dock can be hidden – Advanced users can disable it completely in settings.
