CO2 & O2 TRAINING TABLES
Create fully custom CO2 tolerance and O2 adaptation tables. The app guides you through every round with audio cues and automatically logs each session to your history.
AI COACHING
A built-in rule-based coach analyses your session data and delivers personalised feedback after every session. Detect training plateaus, track CO2 tolerance trends, and receive actionable tips calibrated to your actual performance history.
PERSONAL BESTS & ANALYTICS
Every session is logged. Review your hold time history, PB progression, contraction onset trends, CO2 tolerance curves, and session volume over time in the Progress tab.
28-DAY TRAINING PLANS
Generate a personalised 4-week training plan based on your current PB, goal, experience level, and weekly availability. Plans use proper periodisation — foundation, CO2 focus, push, and integration weeks.

SAFETY FIRST
STAmaster enforces a mandatory buddy check before any wet static (in-water) session. The app will not start a water breath-hold without a confirmed training partner present. Freediving safety is non-negotiable.
WHAT IS STATIC APNEA (STA)?
STA is a competitive and recreational freediving discipline in which the athlete floats face-down and holds their breath for as long as possible. It is the foundation of all freediving performance and the primary target of breath-hold training.
