OPTIONAL VOICE ENTRY
Say “sold two candles to Jess for thirty”, then check the entry before saving it. Audio is transcribed on your phone and never uploaded. If you enable the optional voice server, the text and limited recognition context are sent for interpretation. Voice entry is optional.
PRIVATE RECORDS, NO STASHWISE LOGIN
Your books are encrypted on your phone. Protect them with a local passcode and optional Face ID or Touch ID. Sensitive figures can be covered until you tap to reveal them.
Optional cloud backups are encrypted on your device and can update automatically once enabled. Recovering your records on another phone requires your encrypted backup and 12-word recovery phrase. Keep the phrase safe: we cannot recover your records without it.
Work offline while your trial or last verified subscription is active. Subscription verification requires an internet connection periodically. RevenueCat and the App Store process purchase information and subscription analytics; your vault contents, PIN and recovery words are not sent to RevenueCat. Stashwise has no ads or cross-app advertising tracking.
THREE MONTHS FREE, THEN CHOOSE A PLAN
Start with three calendar months of free app access and one vault. The trial begins when you first open the version introducing subscriptions, including when updating an existing installation. No payment signup is required and you will not be charged automatically when the trial ends.
All plans include the same core features:
• Basic: app access and 1 vault.
• Plus: app access and up to 3 vaults.
• Pro: app access and up to 5 vaults.
Choose monthly or annual billing. The App Store shows your local price and billing period before you confirm. Subscribing during the free trial starts paid billing immediately. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account. Cancellation normally keeps access until the paid period ends.
After access expires, you can still view and back up saved records. Adding or editing records requires an active trial or subscription. Extra vaults remain view-only after a downgrade; your records are not deleted.
Manage or restore purchases in Settings → Subscription using the same Apple account. Restoring purchases restores access; recover vault data separately from your encrypted backup.
Stashwise records your business activity. It does not process customer payments or file taxes.
