Step Two works with any online account that uses time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) for two-step verification, such as Google, Twitter, Amazon, and many more.

This app (on iPhone, iPad, and Mac) is the epitome of beautiful, delightful, secure design and execution. I have been waiting so long to find a 2FA app that is backed/synced by iCloud to recommend to my friends and family that--until now--I haven't wanted to risk tutoring on turning on 2FA for fear of them getting locked out when their phone gets lost/broken/wiped.This app is worth every penny and I will be evangelizing this to everyone I know in the Apple ecosystem.

When I got a new Mac, the secret codes didn’t transfer over with Migration Assistant. I emailed support with a question as to how to find the codes on my old computer, and got a step by step on how to recover the codes. (Step Two does have iCloud backup of the codes, but I only had iCloud access on one of the computer’s user accounts and needed to recover the other accounts as well.)

So simple and elegant. And the same on both macOS and iOS. They both work the same. Share accounts if you use icloud, and make it so much simpler.I love the animation to show that you've copied. My onlyl ask would be a menu bar item on macOS to show it. That would make it truly perfect on both platforms.

I was looking for a 2FA two step verification app that had MacOS as well as IOS versions, and uses iCloud to synchronize changes/additions between the two. This is the one! Nothing else I tried was so seamless and easy to setup. Give it s try, up to 10 entries are free and if you need more the in-app purchase for the upgrade is reasonable.
